Today's post is about this going out eye makeup look!
For the majority of long wear looks we create, we always start with a cream stick to give the eye shadow something to stick to.
Materials:
1. Taupe eye shadow stick or eye shadow base
2. Gold eyeshadow
3. Bronze eyeshadow
4. Eyeliner
4. Mascara
6. Eye shadow brush
7. Blending Brush
Optional:
8. Make-up Remover (incase of fallout)
- Spread taupe eye shadow cream stick across the entire eye lid.
- Lightly layer gold eyeshadow on top. If you used a nude eye shadow base layer more gold eye shadow, because you do not have any color underneath.
- Apply shimmery bronze eye shadow in the crease and on the outer corner of the eye lid. To give a more dramatic look slightly extend the shadow past where the outer corner ends.
- Apply a slightly thicker line of eyeshadow than normal to your upper lashes. This will give a heavier look than what you typically do during the day that is perfect for going out!
- Apply three to four coats of mascara to the top lashes, and two to three coats to the bottom lashes.
- If there is any fallout from the eye shadow (especially glitter or shimmer) apply a small amount of make-up remover to a cotton ball and lightly dab it up.
- If you have already applied your face makeup (we had not because of expected fall out) retouch under the eye makeup with concealer and powder.
